All of Gabriel's softwares are made by VS.NET. If you're willing to use them, you will need .NET Framework (>=2) installed on your windows.
I you haven't got any, you can download it from the microsoft page here:

You can also find a version of it on your windows CD/DVD.
Note that without .NetFrameWork, you'll face an error when you double click on apps. But as soon as you install the framework, softwares will run Rock-n-Roll.
